ChillPay is an Online Payment Gateway, serves both corporate and individual with various payment channels cover all your business needs.

Transaction fees 3.25% of all payment channels.

No deduction of any other fees.

If being a juristic person, there will be 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax.

No withholding tax for individuals.

Currently supports 10 currencies, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, NZD, HKD, SGD, CHF, USD, THB.

If the customer pays in a currency other than THB, the transaction fee will be 3.25% as usual, similar to the transaction in THB currency, but when ChillPay transfer money to merchant,
it will transfer in THB only, which is calculated based on the exchange rate of the transaction date and there is a risk-factor of currency conversion.

No Charge.

ChillPay will transfer the money to Merchant in the next business day (T + 1).
If a merchant account is Kasikorn Bank, the money transer will be transferred automatically to T + 1 . If the Merchant use other bank accounts this could up to T + 3.

Visa, Master Card, JCB, UnionPay

Can only cancel via credit card. In which the customer must notify the Merchant to request cancellation. And the Merchant must cancel the transaction in the system only.Which the cancellations has 2 type: Void and Refund.

Void is a transaction cancellation on the same day before 9 PM. There will be no transaction on the statement. And the transaction will not charge a service fee.

Conditions for cancelling transactions across the day (Refund)

A refund is the cancellation of the transaction across the day. The setting period will be according to the policy of the channel provider. In all cases, the cancellation of an overnight transaction will incur a fee.

1. If the merchant cancels the transaction during the day, but not more than 14 days from the transaction date, the merchant will be responsible for the transaction fee.
2. If the merchant wishes to cancel the transaction for more than 14 days from the transaction date, the merchant must be responsible for the transaction fee and additional refund service fee of 150 baht/per transaction in all cases.

Note: The period for refunding the transaction will follow the channel provider refund policy.
