These actions have caused damage to the company’s reputation, image, and corporate credibility.
Whether these actions occur via public communication channels, social media, or any other means, if they involve defamation, insults, or the spread of false information, the Company deems them a clear violation of its rights and a breach of the law.
The Company hereby issues an official warning that we will not ignore such actions. Should any individual be found causing damage to the company, whether directly or indirectly, the Company will pursue strict legal action to the fullest extent, including both civil lawsuits for damages and criminal prosecution according to the law.
The Company reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and gather evidence from all channels to take legal action against those involved without prior notice.
